I have worked with other realtors and Suzi is by far the best. Her honesty and work ethic are impeccable.She has sold 2 of my houses, one within 2 months when NOTHING was selling. She is extremely professional. She takes care of every detail, even stopping in to check my house because we were on vacation and had so many viewings they were waiting in line. She gives ideas but doesn’t push. Helps stage your house. She hires the best photographer and 3D drone videographer. I wouldn’t ever go with another realtor again. Suzi Price did an outstanding job as the real estate agent for the sale of my brother's house in Illinois after he died. I was the administrator of the estate and I live in Florida, and she was so hands on that I did not have to come to Illinois even once. Not only did she get the house sold quickly at a price I was very happy with, she arranged for all my brother's belongings to be removed, including shipping some to me, hiring a friend of hers to remove books and sell them at a local used book store, meeting some of my brother's friends at the house to give them some of my brother's belongings, taking an old guitar to a music shop to try and sell it, and hiring a company to clean the house and haul away the junk. She even helped me find a buyer for my brother's car, and met the buyer for him to inspect the car and met him again to transfer title for me. She was incredibly responsive, always being available at a moment's notice. I'm sure I've forgotten many things she did because she did so many. Bottom line is that she's fantastic! Danny G

She helped us though all the steps of financing (Lawyer, banking, appraisal), but best of all kept us informed as to what to expect, even stayed with us through inspections .
